What if I receive a bogus lead??
Each lead is viewed and checked by an actual person before being sent out.
This helps to keep bogus leads from being sent out. A bogus lead is determined by having bad or no contact information for that lead. This gives you no way of making
contact with that potential client. We try very hard to prevent bogus leads from being sent out but from time to time some will get sent out.
If you think you have received a bogus lead, send us an email let us know. We will investigate that lead and if it is a bogus lead
we will credit your leads account right away.
How do I sign up for your Leads Program?
To sign up for our Leads Program click the “Advertising” tab
at the top of this screen
I signed up for your Leads Program but never received the
activation email.
Wait at least 20 minutes for the email. If you have a junk folder or use a Spam
program, check that as well. If after 20
minutes you still have not received the activation email use click the “Contact
Us” tab at the top of this screen to let us know.
I have moved or would like to receive leads from a larger
radius from where I live.
Sign into the “Vendor Login” and log in into your account. Then click on “My Leads” then “Service
Location”
My business would like leads for several different
categories.

account. Then click on “My

My credit card was charged automatically with the funds I
originally deposited into my account.
How can I prevent this from happening in the future?
Go to the "Vendor Login" and log into your account. Click on "My Leads", then uncheck the use "Auto Budget" box.
I need to add funds to “My Leads” account.
Go to the "Vendor Login" and log into your account.
Click on “My Leads ” then click on “Add Funds”.
I need to update or change my credit card on file.
Go to the "Vendor Login" and log into your account.
Click on “My Account” then “Funding Source”.

leads program please use the “Contact Us” tab at the top of this page and put
“Cancel Leads” in the subject line.

LISTING QUESTIONS
I keep receiving an email with "A potential client just viewed your listing" in the subject line.
This is because you have a free listing in our Directory and potential client viewed your listing.
Listings and our Leads program are two totally separate programs. We suggest carefully reading through that email as it explains how to stop receiving those email notifications.
I need to edit my listing details.
Sign into the “Vendor
Login” and log into your account.
How do I sign up for a listing?
To sign up for a Listing in our directory click the
“Advertising” tab at the top of this screen.
I want to upload a photo for my listing.
Sign into the “Vendor
Login” and log into your account. Then
click on “Upload Photo”.
My photo is to big for the page or I need to change it.
Resize your image and upload it to change it. Then
click on “Upload Photo”.
I want to see what my listing page will look like.
Sign into the “Vendor
Login” and log into your account. Then
click on “View Listing”.

How can I upgrade my listing?

In the upper right hand
corner you will see an “Upgrade" link.
How can I see my stats to know visitors are viewing my
listing?
Sign into the “Vendor
Login” and log into your account. Then click on “My Listings”.
Then click on “Stats and
Location.
I want to upgrade/downgrade my listing.
Log in to your account
from the "Vendor Login". Click on “My
Listings” then “Edit Account”. In the upper right hand corner you will see the
options.
Cancel
Listing Account.
If you want stop a paid
listing you can do the above or to completely remove your listing, please us the
“Contact Us” tab at the top of this page and put “Cancel Listing” in the
subject line. Please let us know why as we are always trying to improve.

To get a text or banner
link to our directory, click “Links” at the bottom of this page. If you place our banner or text link on your home page let us know and we will tell you how to receive some free leads from our leads program.

I forgot my password.
After clicking on the
"Vendor Login" tab at the top of the page, just below the login area you will see
a text link “Forgot Password”. Click on it.
