Participation Policy & Terms - The Wedding & Event Directory and participating Venders reserve
the RIGHT to refuse the fulfillment of any listing request for any reason or a Leads
Program request.
The Wedding & Event Directory makes no representations whatsoever about other web
sites that you may access through The Wedding & Event Directory website. From now
on in our Terms we will refer to The Wedding & Event Directory as "TWED". When you
access a non-"TWED" web site, please understand that it is independent from "TWED". In
addition, a link to a non-"TWED" web site does not mean that "TWED" endorses or accepts
any responsibility for the content, use, or products and services made available through
such web site. "TWED" accepts no responsibility for content, electronic links or
software problems that may occur from other websites linked within, to or through
"TWED".
IN NO EVENT WILL "TWED" BE LIABLE TO ANY PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT,
SPECIAL OR OTHER CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR ANY USE OF THIS WEB SITE, INCLUDING WEB
SITES WITHIN OR ANY OTHER HYPERLINKED WEB SITES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY
LOST PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF PROGRAMS OR OTHER DATA OR OTHERWISE, EVEN
IF WE ARE EXPRESSLY ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
By completing the electronic payment from "TWED" for any of our advertising programs
you are under no obligation and MAY cancel at anytime by contacting "TWED". However, once
your credit card is charged there are NO REFUNDS. Unless under certain circumstances "TWED" deems otherwise.
The charge will show up on your credit card statement as TWED.
The following applies, depending on what programs you have signed up for:
Charges for all Paid Listing(s) - The vender understands their credit card will be automatically
charged the relative membership fee each by month or annually on the date of which
the initial activation transpired for each listing. When a subscription automatically renews and your credit card is charged,
there are NO REFUNDS. All credit cards will be charged in (USD).
Free Listings: Each time a potential client
clicks on your free listing, you will be sent a courtesy email letting you know
they did. If you would like to stop receiving those emails, you can either link back to us or upgrade your listing.
Charges for the Leads Program - Once a vendor's card is charged and the funds become low, the vendors
credit card it will automatically be recharged using the dollar figure used at the time the
account was activated. To prevent this you can log into your vendor admin. Under "My Leads Program"
then under "Auto Budget" uncheck the box. When a lead comes in you will be sent an email notifying you of that. All credit cards will be charged in (USD).
When a Vender registers, we send out e-mail with an activation link. Your account will not be activated unless this link is clicked.
We do not sell registrant information once you sign up for any of our advertising
programs. We do not give away personal information either. Nor do we send out 'spam'. By signing up for any of our advertising
programs you agree to accept email from "TWED" thus opting into our mailing list. If you have any questions regarding
